A fish-like museum in Spain, a futuristic Moscow train 駅/配置する and London in 黒人/ボイコット and white: These 素晴らしい images of buildings are up for a prestigious award
The winning images in a prestigious building photography 競争 have been 明らかにする/漏らすd - and they are truly mesmerizing. The Art of Building Photographer of the Year contest, now in its 10th year, is run by the 借り切る/憲章d 学校/設ける of Building (CIOB) to celebrate creativity in the construction 産業. The 競争's 裁判官s 精査するd through t housands of 入ること/参加(者)s from photographers in more than 100 countries to draw up a shortlist of 12 before 選ぶing an 全体にわたる 勝利者. Click through to see them all...?
The 裁判官s' 勝利者 this year is this 入ること/参加(者) from Pedro Luis Ajuriaguerra Saiz from Spain. His 劇の image of the Hemisferic science museum in Valencia is called 'Fish'. Pedro said: '予定 to the reflection of the water at night, the architecture of the buildings shows us the 人物/姿/数字 of a fish, perhaps 先史の with its heart still alive'.
This 発射 of a train 駅/配置する in Moscow helped ロシアの photographer Alexandr Bormotin 勝利,勝つ the 競争's public choice award. He said that the 駅/配置する is one of the newer ones on the 網状組織 and that it has been built in a 'futuristic style'.
German photographer Volker やすりを削る人/削る機械 makes the shortlist with this incredible image of a 超高層ビル in Abu Dhabi, which he called 'At Work'. He said: 'The photo is an example of needful interaction between humans and buildings. Without the busy people きれいにする the 巨大(な) glass でっちあげる,人を罪に陥れるs of the tower, the building would look やめる ugly.'
Another image by Volker やすりを削る人/削る機械, which also made the shortlist. It shows both old and new buildings in the German city of Hamburg. He said: 'This picture shows the 平和的な co-存在 of old and new architecture. The buildings don't fit together, but they are not fighting against each other. They show the creative 開発 in the city 中心'.
This 劇の 発射, called Bank, was 逮捕(する)d in London by photographer Jonathan Walland. He explained: 'I use minimalism as a method of enabling clarity. My 過程 除去するs distraction, keeping the テレビ視聴者 焦点(を合わせる)d on the purest elements of photography; form, light, texture and the way these 構成要素s amalgamate'.
Grzegorz Tatar, a ポーランドの(人) photographer, impressed the 裁判官s with this 空中の image. He said: 'This is an 空中の 見解(をとる) of one of the 地下組織の 入り口s to the 国家の 会議 of Music in Wroclaw. It is an excellent example of axonometry in architecture'.
Spanish photographer Agnese Sanvito took this colorful image of the famous Muralla Roja apartment コンビナート/複合体 近づく Alicante. She said: 'When I photographed La Muralla Roja, it felt like 存在 in a De Chirico 絵 予定 to the dream-like feel of the place. This image encapsulates for me the sense of light and color. The blue でっちあげる,人を罪に陥れる 申し込む/申し出s a cinematic 見解(をとる) and the soft トンs of the 早期に morning light 逮捕(する)s the calmness and quietness of the building in its setting'.
Portuguese photographer Jose Pessoa Neto 逮捕(する)d this image in his home country and called it 'Eiffel 橋(渡しをする)'. He said: 'People were waiting for the street festival Senhora da Agonia - one of the biggest in Portugal. From the street, I saw these beautiful silhouettes, the 橋(渡しをする), the green crosses and the building behind, in harmony'.
Pegova Olya 発射 this fascinating picture showing a building covered in a faux facade in Russia. She said: 'In the past, faux facades were rare and 一時的な 介入s in 都市の spaces, but today they have become a part of the city landscape, only 存在 changed from time to time'.
This image, called 'Sea and Humans', was 逮捕(する)d in Peru by David ツバメ Huamani Bedoya. He said: 'The 介入 of man in nature is not always bad. The photo shows the tranquility of nature and a balcony from where people can 高く評価する/(相場などが)上がる it better'.
Indian photographer Debdatta Chakraborty 発射 this mesmerizing image in the House of the 黒人/ボイコット Madonna in the Czech 資本/首都, Prague. He said: 'The building was designed and built between 1911 and 1912. Josef Goc?r built the house as the first example of cubist architecture in Prague, and it remains probably the most celebrated'.
This shortlisted image show s the Bexhill Promenade 避難所 on the south coast of England. It was 逮捕(する)d by British photographer Adam Regan. He explained: 'It is an elegant and 控訴,上告ing 解答 to a mundane problem'.
