What is obsessive compulsive disorder?

It is a mental health 条件 where 患者s experience 圧倒的な obsessions, compulsions or both. Obsessions are 頻発する thoughts or 勧めるs that cannot be ignored and make you feel anxious. Are some people genetically predisposed to get OCD?

Although no 明確な／細部 遺伝子s are known for OCD, it is certainly seen more often in those with a parent or sibling who 苦しむs. The 原因（となる） of OCD is still 不明瞭な but it is possible that it is 予定 to an 不均衡 in the brain's 化学製品s.?

If 診断するd, do you have OCD for life?

The prognosis for most OCD 苦しんでいる人s is very good: 治療 can cure the problem, although there is always a 危険 it can return. Without 治療, OCD can remain static for those with 穏やかな symptoms, but for those with 厳しい illness it can get much worse.
