Please read these 支配するs carefully. They 輪郭（を描く） what we consider is 許容できる and 容認できない content. We may update the 支配するs from time to time, so please read them before 地位，任命するing a comment.

支配する 1: We welcome your opinions

We welcome your opinions. We want our readers to see and understand different points of 見解（をとる）. Try to 与える／捧げる to the thread, rather than just 明言する／公表するing if you agree or 同意しない. Unless you have a witty one-liner, please explain why you 持つ／拘留する your opinion.

支配する 2: This is a public 会議

Once your comment is online, everyone with Internet 接近 can read it. Please make your comment （疑いを）晴らす to 確実にする that it is not misunderstood. Your comment may be 率d by other 使用者s and categorised e.g. best and worst 率d. You can 表明する a strong opinion but please do not go over the 最高の，を越す. Don't forget that you are 合法的に 責任がある what you 服従させる／提出する. Please consider how your comment could be received by others. Many different types of people of different ages may 見解（をとる） your comment.

支配する 3: Language and relevance

Please be polite. Do not use 断言する words or 天然のまま or 性の language. Only English is 許すd. Keep your submissions 関連した to the story or topic. Do not 侮辱 other 出資／貢献s or discuss the 非，不，無-外見 or 除去 of any content on this 場所／位置 or the 中断 or termination of any 使用者s. You must not make or encourage comments which are:

  • defamatory, 誤った or 誤って導くing;

  • 侮辱ing, 脅すing or abusive;

  • obscene or of a 性の nature;

  • 不快な／攻撃, 人種差別主義者, sexist, homophobic or 差別的な against any 宗教s or other groups.

支配する 6: Confidentiality, privacy and contempt

Please 尊敬（する）・点 people's privacy. You are not 許すd to 服従させる／提出する confidential or 私的な （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）. For example, you must not upload the telephone number, email 演説（する）／住所 or any other 接触する 詳細（に述べる）s of any person.

You should not 令状 anything which could prejudice 未解決の or on-going 法廷，裁判所 訴訟／進行s of which you are aware. For example, if you have any personal knowledge about someone who has been 逮捕（する）d or 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d or 存在 起訴するd for an offence, you must not について言及する it. If you do, you could be in 法廷侮辱（罪）, which is an 極端に serious 事柄.

支配する 7: No advertising, solicitation or 調査s

You must not use our 場所／位置 for:

  • the 昇進／宣伝 of any 製品s or services or for any other 商業の 目的;
  • any 後援, 嘆願（書）, （選挙などの）運動をする, 計画／陰謀 or chain message;
  • an 調査 e.g. tracing the どの辺に of any person.

支配する 8: No impersonation and proper 公表，暴露

You must not pretend to be someone else (e.g. an 専門家, another 使用者 or a member of our team). You must not pretend that you are unconnected to a story or topic, when in fact you are. If you have a personal 関係 to a story or topic, you should 公表する／暴露する your 関係 or, where appropriate, not comment at all.

支配する 9: No linking or copyright 違反

You must not 挿入する links to websites (URLs) or 服従させる／提出する content which would be an 違反 of copyright.

支配する 10: Comments within a 24 hour period

Registered 使用者s can 服従させる／提出する an 制限のない number of comments across the MailOnline 場所／位置. However, there is a 最大限 of 10 comments per article in 24 hours. We may 増加する or 減少（する） this 限界 from time to time.

支配する 11: 尊敬（する）・点 the spirit 同様に as the letter of the House 支配するs

In deciding what is 許容できる, please also 尊敬（する）・点 the spirit and トン of these 支配するs and the community.

支配する 12: 除去 of content

Reader comments that 侵害する／違反する the letter or spirit of these 支配するs or our 条件 may be 除去するd (or, if checked in adva nce, not published in the first place). If we do 除去する something, we will 一般に 除去する whole 地位，任命するs, or where necessary, whole threads (not parts). This means that even if only one 宣告，判決 is objectionable, the whole comment will usually be 除去するd (or not published).

If a comment or a thread is 除去するd, this may be for any number of 推論する／理由s. Usually, this will be because the comment breaks these 支配するs or our 条件 or is the 支配する of an 乱用 報告（する）／憶測. いつかs, the comment may be 除去するd because it is connected to another comment which is 存在 除去するd. We hope that you will understand that, once 適切に 通知するd of a （民事の）告訴, we may have to 除去する a comment for 合法的な 推論する／理由s (whatever the 権利s and wrongs).

If your content has been 除去するd, we may email you to let you know or to 知らせる you if you have been 一時停止するd or banned from submitting その上の comments to the 場所／位置.

If you are aware that content has been 除去するd, you must not deliberately resubmit the same content.

支配する 13: 中断 and termination

We reserve the 権利 to 一時停止する or 禁止（する） an account at our 単独の discretion. Here are some 推論する／理由s why we might do so:

  • 違反ing these 支配するs or our 条件;
  • Serious 失敗 to 尊敬（する）・点 the spirit and トン of the community;
  • 行為／行う or comments that 需要・要求する a disproportionate 量 of our time or that 乱用 our staff.

If we 一時停止する or 禁止（する） your 登録, you must not 試みる／企てる to re-登録（する） or 服従させる／提出する content (eg. using someone else's account), without our 許可.
