Marshmallow snow cake


Makes 1 X 20cm cake

butter for the cake tin

CAKE
  • 225g diced unsalted butter
  • 225g golden caster sugar
  • 225g self-raising flour 精査するd
  • 2 tsp baking 砕く
  • finely grated zest of 1 orange
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 100ml sieved fresh orange juice
FROSTING
  • 2 medium 有機の egg whites
  • 150g white caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp sieved fresh orange juice

  • pinch sea salt
  • 11 marshmallows halved

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5. Butter a 20cm loose-底(に届く) cake tin 9cm 深い.
