The 予算 must, therefore, make 適する 配分s for 組織／基盤／下部構造 事業／計画（する）s such as 主要道路s, 力／強力にする 工場／植物s and ports ーするために rev up the economy.

Such 投資s create 職業s and 刺激（する） 産業の growth. In 新規加入, steps need to be taken to 押し進める the big 事業／計画（する）s that are 存在 延期するd on account of 問題／発行するs like 環境 通関手続き／一掃s and land 取得／買収 .

India Inc. has also made out a strong 事例／患者 for not 増加するing excise 義務s as this would result in choking 需要・要求する at a time when 消費者s need to be encouraged to buy goods.

The 打点's hawkish 通貨の 政策 has resulted in a sharp 増加する in 利益／興味 率s and the squeezing out of liquidity from the system.

This, in turn, has resulted in 減ずるd 消費者 spending and curtailment of 投資 計画（する）s by 法人組織の／企業のs.

It is about time the 打点 逆転するd its tight money 政策 to encourage 消費 and 投資 in the economy.

A new low for 政治家，政治屋s

The 事例／患者 of CC Patil is 特に outrageous as he happened to 持つ／拘留する the women and child 福利事業 大臣の地位 in the 政府.

He is also the same 大臣 who made a 声明 last month that 'women should know how much 肌 they need to cover'.

Of course, he did try to cover up the inherent misogyny behind his comment by 説 that 'women are 尊敬（する）・点d and worshipped in India' which, in hindsight, was as hypocritical as it could get. Mr Patil's 尊敬（する）・点 for women and the 量 of 肌-show he likes is now there for all to see.

It is sad that such are the people who （人命などを）奪う，主張する to be 代表者／国会議員s of the public.

A sad 出口 for a 民主主義者

The events in Maldives point to the problems that occur when 会・原則s that 構成する the 明言する／公表する 乗る，着手する on a path of conf rontation.

On the surface it may appear that the 軍隊ing out of 大統領 Mohammed Nasheed was a クーデター of sorts, since he 長，率いるd a 民主的に elected 政府.

On the other 手渡す, his 決定／判定勝ち（する） to 逮捕（する） the 裁判長 of the 刑事裁判所, Abdullah Mohammed, because he was 困らすd by the latter's 決定／判定勝ち（する） to 解放（する） an 対立 人物／姿／数字 was the 誘発する／引き起こす that led to his downfall.

It is （疑いを）晴らす from the course of events that Mr Nasheed 行為／法令／行動するd precipitately, perhaps out of a sense of 失望／欲求不満 arising from the 抗議するs organised by the Islamist elements in the 対立.

But, he needed to have 行為／法令／行動するd in a much more adroit fashion.

Unfortunately, the man who brought 僕主主義 to the island finds himself discredited because of his undemocratic behaviour
