Delhi 大臣 '落ちるs in line' and 除去するs 違法な 塀で囲む encroaching on public land

After contesting a 事例／患者 regarding unauthorised construction on his 居住の 前提s for more than a year, a Delhi 政府 大臣 has 'fallen in line' and agreed to がまんする by the 法律.

Ramakant Goswami, Delhi 産業s and 労働 大臣, has finally 除去するd 'the encroachment on the public land'.

The 大臣 not only 除去するd an 不法に built 塀で囲む, but also paid regularisation 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s of Rs3.31 lakh for 是認 of regularisation 計画（する）s.

During a 審理，公聴会 in his 法廷，裁判所, Delhi Lokayukta 司法（官） Manmohan Sarin 観察するd: 'The public functionary, who happens to be a 大臣 in the Delhi 政府, has 除去するd the encroachment on public land by 転換ing his 塀で囲む inwards… 非，不，無-compoundable 部分s have also been 除去するd'.

The order reads: 'In this 見解（をとる） of the 事柄, although 最初 the 事例／患者 was sought to be contested, the public functionary thereafter has fallen in line and has brought the house within the 地方自治体の norms and bye-法律s as 許すd.'

On December 1, 2010, the Delhi Lokayukta had 問題／発行するd notices to public functionaries, 含むing 大臣s, MLAs and 地方自治体の 議員s, に引き続いて a （民事の）告訴 that 60 of them had unauthorised construction on their 前提s.

Most of them すぐに followed the 指示／教授／教育s of the Lokayukta by doing away with the unauthorised 部分s. However, Goswami chose to contest the 事例／患者.
