Truly the forgotten people of this 明言する／公表する

Evoor Tanda (Banjara 解決／入植地) is 位置を示すd in the dusty and hot 地区 of Gulbarga at the northern tip of the 明言する／公表する.

The （人命などを）奪う，主張する to fame of this Tanda is not just that the 大多数 of the males have left their families in search of 暮らし, but the number of deaths and 苦しむing because of 激烈な／緊急の 栄養不良 and abject poverty.

The Tanda is literally 孤立するd from the 残り／休憩（する） of the world. The 500 加える families do not have 接近 to clean drinking water, health care services, social 安全 計画／陰謀s, 福利事業 programmes of the 政府 and the 雇用 適切な時期s under the 国家の 田舎の 雇用 保証（人） 計画／陰謀 (NREGS).

Forgotten: A group of Lambani women

Shockingly, they are not even する権利を与えるd to the 月毎の 供給（する） of food 穀物s under the Public 配当 System (PDS).

It may appear to be an exaggeration, but the 明言する／公表する of 事件／事情／状勢s in Evoor Tanda is appalling. Every family has a person/child, who is 苦しむing from a rare form of physical disability. In the last two years, the health department 公式の／役人s have barely visited the Tanda.

Karnataka has the second highest 全住民 of Banjaras (called Lamanis and Lambanis) in the country at an 概算の 1.1 million, spread all over the 明言する／公表する.

Evoor Tanda is not an 孤立するd 事例／患者. Hundreds of Lambani Tandas in Karnataka remain neglected even as the 明言する／公表する 政府 pompously 発表するd 開発 of these 解決／入植地s at an 概算の cost of `80 crore three years ago.

In reality, nothing much has happened since then and the Lambanis are 存在 軍隊d to return to their 初めの nomadic lifestyle.

Shunned and ostracised, Lambanis in the 明言する／公表する continue to remain outside the mainstream of society. In cities and towns, it is ありふれた to find them 成し遂げるing 曲芸 on the streets while the menfolk have transformed into construction labourers. Nearly 30 per cent of the Lambani 全住民 live on daily 給料 while the data about the remaining 70 per cent is 乱すing to say the least.

The stigma of 存在 a Lambani is still so strong that even the educated ones from the tribe 辞退する to 明らかにする／漏らす their 初めの 身元. 研究 scholars of the tribe, such as Rama Naik, who has extensively 文書d the Lambanis of Karnataka, do not hesitate to compare them to their ancestors - the Romas/Gypsies of Europe.

While Romas continue to be 迫害するd and excommunicated in an 整然とした manner, Lambanis are 否定するd education and 雇用 適切な時期s, though they enjoy 保留（地）／予約.

The BJP 政府 has 認めるd more than `250 crore to さまざまな 寺s and 宗教的な 信用s in the last four years, but it has not shown the same 関心 for the Lambanis, who continue to live in substandard 解決／入植地s without any basic amenities or 施設s.

Lambanis have one of the richest and most vibrant cultures in Karnataka. Their intricate art work and artisan 技術s are 極端に popular の中で international tourists. But the 適切な時期s to showcase their 技術s and 変える them into sources of 暮らし are few.

Several NGOs have been working for the uplift of Lambanis, but they don't receive the necessarysupport from the 政府. 成果／努力s of the Lambanis in attracting the attention of the go vernment too have been in vain. As Rama Naik 観察するs, Tandas are already returning to their nomadic lifestyle because sources of 暮らし are becoming 不十分な in north Karnataka where the tribe is predominant.

But there appears to be no 即座の 救済 for the Lambanis because the BJP 政府 is 苦境に陥るd in its own problems. Besides, only long 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 計画（する）s will help the Lambanis.

But no party appears to be 利益／興味d in their uplift because the Lambanis 構成する a minute 投票（する）-bank scattered across several 地区s.

危険，危なくするs of 軽蔑（する）ing an 'old 炎上'

That H.D. Kumaraswamy is 存在 tormented by his one-time 申し立てられた／疑わしい girlfriend, Radhika, a 井戸／弁護士席-known Kannada cine 星／主役にする, is old news.

The 最新の 開発 is that Radhika produced a Kannada movie Lucky featuring lead 女性（の） actor Ramya, who, incidentally, has 公式に joined the 議会!

To make 事柄s worse, the actor, in an 試みる／企てる to legitimise the 関係, published pictures of Kumaraswamy in the movie posters.

It is ありふれた for 生産者s here to dedicate a movie in honour of somebody whom they love.

Aptly, Radhika has 献身的な the movie to Kumaraswamy and this is shown in the movie's 開始 credits. 明らかに, Kumaraswamy tried to 納得させる Radhika to not to drag him into Lucky.

As not all is 井戸／弁護士席 between the two, the actor took him 長，率いる-on. The movie 解放（する）d on Friday, and Kumaraswamy cleverly コースを変えるd the マスコミ attention by celebrating his wife Anitha's birthday with party 労働者s.

Ironically, four years ago, the whispers in Vidhana Soudha was that Kumaraswamy was 'lucky' to have 設立する Radhika.

B.S. Yeddyurappa

Former CM B.S. Yeddyurappa was away in Varanasi (Kashi) last week before 開始する，打ち上げるing his final attack on the BJP.

We hear that he 成し遂げるd special poojas at several 寺s there, probably 捜し出すing divine 介入 for his fight.

At the same time, his friend and prodigy, Shobha Karandlaje, visited a 寺 town in south Karnataka and 成し遂げるd poojas for Yeddyurappa's 福利事業.

Will the gods finally come to the 救助（する） of Yeddyurappa? We need to wai t and watch!

Whenever in 疑問, 非難する JDS

Deve Gowda

No political 論争 in Karnataka is 完全にする without former 総理大臣 H.D. Deve Gowda.

Take the 最新の 騒動 in the BJP. Former 長，指導者 大臣 B.S. Yeddyurappa did not waste time in 非難するing Deve Gowda for the 不和 between him and his prot?g? - the 現在の CM D.V. Sadananda Gowda.

The thought 明らかに occurred to him after Deve Gowda took part in a dinner hosted by the CM. Gowda rarely honours dinner 招待s from 競争相手s and his 外見 had surprised even the BJP.

This is not the first time that Deve Gowda is 存在 非難するd for the 不和 in the 野党s. In the past, leaders of さまざまな parties have held Gowda 責任がある the 内部の crises.

But Gowda, like always, appeared unperturbed by the 最新の 主張s.

'Ignorance is bliss' has been Gowda's message to his detractors. But his son, for H.D. Kumaraswamy, jumped to defend the party supremo.

によれば him, the JD(S) has become the favourite punching 捕らえる、獲得する of its 競争相手s. In fact this only helps the JD(S) stay in the limelight.

野性生物 gets a beastly 治療

With the BJP leaders, 含むing the Forests 大臣 C P Yogeshwara, fighting for 生き残り, 自然保護 and 野性生物 保護 has taken a backseat in Karnataka.

Since the last three years, はびこる 出来事/事件s of encroachment of forests, 違法な 採掘 and granite quarrying, 昇進／宣伝 of 観光旅行，事業 and 開発 事業／計画（する）s in 批判的な 野性生物 habitats and their 移住する paths, are 軍隊ing the 危うくするd animals out of their home 範囲.

The habitat of elephants is 縮むing

It has become ありふれた for elephants and ヒョウs to 逸脱する into villages and towns 位置を示すd along the periphery of the forests 主要な to an 増加する in human-animal 衝突s.

Elephants are 存在 spotted even in big cities such as Bangalore and Mysore, an 指示，表示する物 of the fragmentation of their habitats and 回廊（地帯）s.

The 政府, rather than 演説（する）／住所ing the 核心 of the problem, in an 試みる／企てる to 支持を得ようと努める 投票（する） banks, is 発表するing higher 補償（金） to 犠牲者s of human-animal 衝突s - 農業者s whose farms and 刈るs are destroyed by the 野性生物.

Karnataka, probably, has the highest number of 野性生物 専門家s and professional conserva tionists with field experience in the country. It is 高度に disappointing that the 政府 has never 伴う／関わるd them in 演説（する）／住所ing the 野性生物 関係のある problems.
