Cheated: Poonia has yet to receive her winnings

Discus 投げる人 Krishna Poonia became a 国家の celebrity when she won a gold メダル at the 連邦／共和国 Games in New Delhi in 2010.

But that didn't stop a Bhilwara based multi-level marketing company from duping her of Rs 6 lakh.

Soon after her 連邦／共和国 glory, Prem Prakash of Saajan Jewellers 貿易（する） Link 私的な 限られた／立憲的な, who knew Krishna and her husband Virendra, approached the couple 説 投資s in the 会社／堅い would grow by 20 times in three years.

Subsequently on December 1, 2010, the 支持する／優勝者 競技者 gave a cheque of Rs 6 lakh as 投資 in the company. Later when the Poonias 問い合わせd from the company's director, Rameshwar Heda, about returns on the 投資, they were made to wait and even ignored.

It soon became evident that the company was 伴う／関わるd in a 詐欺 as the Bhilwara police started getting a large number of （民事の）告訴s against it. After Krishna 圧力d the company, it gave her a cheque for Rs 1 lakh on December 26, 2011. It again gave two cheques for Rs 2.5 lakh each on January 10 and 25 this year. But the two cheques bounced.

This 誘発するd the Poonia couple to approach the Jaipur police but the SHO 表明するd his 無（不）能 to r egister an FIR for want of 十分な 証拠. Only a （民事の）告訴 was 登録（する）d.

Even a 会合 with 最高の，を越す police officers of the city failed to 産する／生じる any result until Tuesday evening, when the （民事の）告訴 was finally 変えるd into an FIR. Sadar police 駅／配置する circle 視察官 Manoj Gupta said the 延期する in 登録（する）ing the FIR was because they didn't have enough 証拠.

The Bhilwara police have 逮捕（する）d 10 persons of the 会社／堅い, nine were 解放（する）d on 保釈（金） but Heda is still in judicial 保護／拘留. Prem Prakash, who had approached the Poonia couple on に代わって of the 会社／堅い, too, has 宿泊するd an FIR against Heda for a 詐欺 of `12.23 lakh.
