UN-believable: Khurshid's 発言／述べる asking Anna Hazare to take 汚職，収賄 主張s to the UN 述べるd as 'bizarre' by BJP

The gloves are off between Team Anna and the 議会-led 部隊d 進歩／革新的な 同盟 (UPA).

The day Anna Hazare and his team returned to Jantar Mantar to 開始する，打ち上げる an 不明確な／無期限の 抗議する and raised 主張s of 汚職 against UPA 大臣s, the 議会 答える／応じるd by 陳列する，発揮するing its arrogant 味方する.

Union 法律 大臣 Salman Khurshid - a 重要な interlocutor with Team Anna during their agitation at Ramlila Maidan last year - on Wednesday took a swipe at the socia l 行動主義者s for their ボレー of 主張s against the 政府, 説 if they did not have 信用／信任 in the 法律 of the land, they should approach the 最高の international 団体／死体 ? the 国際連合.

'They are raising 問題／発行するs which have been 拒絶するd by the 最高裁判所 and if they do not have any 約束 in it, they could approach the 国際連合. They should 令状 to the UN,' he said.

Khurshid was 反応するing to Team Anna's 需要・要求する for setting up of a special 調査／捜査するing team to 調査（する） the 汚職 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s against 15 Union 大臣s, and sending those 事例／患者s to a 急速な／放蕩な-跡をつける 法廷，裁判所.

Scoffing at their 強調 over an '独立した・無所属 調査（する）', he said: 'In India, what can be more 独立した・無所属 than the 最高裁判所? They want an 独立した・無所属 調査（する） into 事柄s which have been 拒絶するd and disapproved by the 最高裁判所.'

Taking on Khurshid over his 'go to the UN' jibe, Team Anna member and 上級の 法律 yer Prashant Bhushan challenged him to 答える／応じる to the 主張s.

'This shows arrogance on his part. This has been said to taunt us, 説 'do whatever you want to, we don't care'. They should 答える／応じる to the 主張s rather than make such 声明s,' he told Mail Today. Bhushan also trashed the 法律 大臣's （人命などを）奪う，主張する that the apex 法廷，裁判所 had 拒絶するd their 需要・要求する for 調査（する） against the 大臣s.

'We have not raised any 問題／発行する which has been 拒絶するd by the 最高裁判所. It's a 誤った 声明. Secondly, we are 需要・要求するing an 独立した・無所属 調査（する）. The CBI is under the 政府. Had Lokpal been there, it could have 行為／行うd the 調査s.

Hussain's 見解（をとる）s were echoed by BJP spokesperson Rajiv Pratap Rudy, who said the 汚職 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s had 原因（となる）d restlessness in 議会 circles.

'It is a bizarre 声明. One does not 推定する／予想する such comments from Khurshid. The people of the country are listening to the 発言する／表明するs against 汚職 and this mocking 声明 will 証明する very 高くつく／犠牲の大きい for him and the 議会,' Rudy said.

The BJP's 同盟（する）, the Janata Dal- 部隊d, too 支援するd Team Anna. The party's Rajya Sabha member Ali Anwar Ansari said: 'The 声明 is absurd. Had the UPA put a strong Lokpal in place, why the UN, there would be no need to go to even Jantar Mantar.

'The 議会, however, appeared unmoved by the heat raised by social 行動主義者s. Khurshid comments are a （疑いを）晴らす 指示，表示する物 that the 政府 is in no mood to appease the agitators or 屈服する to their 需要・要求するs. Many in the 議会 believe that Arvind Kejriwal and his team should be 許すd to exhaust themselves as they did during their agitation in Mumbai. 'The basic 動機 of a dharna and hunger strike is to draw the attention of the 政府. Unfortunately, Anna team has made it a joke.

'Their 需要・要求する to 始める，決める up an 調査 against 15 大臣s on the basis of the 文書s they have is 容認できない. If they have any proof, they should knock the door of the 法廷，裁判所 rather than misguide the nation,' 議会 spokesperson Rashid Alvi said.

On Team Anna's 主張s that the Lokpal 法案 was 存在 deliberately 延期するd, the party's argument is that the 法律 and 憲法の 過程 will take their own course.

議会 MP Satyavrat Chaturvedi, who is the chairman of the Rajya Sabha select 委員会 that is 熟考する／考慮するing the Lokpal 法案, 譲歩するd on Wednesday that パネル盤 would not be able to （疑いを）晴らす the 法案 to be （米）棚上げする／（英）提議するd during the 季節風 開会／開廷／会期. But Chaturvedi said: 'The 委員会, for さまざまな 推論する／理由s, was 構成するd late by 40 days and we have just started our work. It would not be possible to 服従させる／提出する the 報告（する）／憶測 by the 宣言するd time.'

He 主張するd that the 委員会 was only 責任のある to the House, he 主張するd and asked Team Anna to change their 見解（をとる）s '奮起させるd by cheap publicity'. Soon after the 抗議する began, there was a minor scuffle when 20- 半端物 persons wearing Anna caps 星／主役にするd shouting スローガン against Hazare and Kejriwal. Team Anna 申し立てられた／疑わしい they were members of the 国家の Students Union of India, the student wing of the 議会.
