政府 and 選挙 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 lock horns over direct cash 移転

The UPA 政府 and the 選挙 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 (欧州共同体) locked horns over the direct cash 移転 計画／陰謀 on Sunday.

The 投票 団体／死体 told the Centre it was unhappy about the 告示 of the UPA's big 事業／計画（する） when the model code of 行為／行う in 投票-bound Gujarat was in 軍隊, and sought a 報告（する）／憶測 from the 政府 by Monday evening.

Gujarat goes to the 投票s in two 段階s on December 13 and 17, and the model code is in 軍隊 in the 明言する／公表する.

The new direct cash 計画／陰謀, 目的（とする）d at plugging 漏れs and 確実にするing efficient 配達／演説／出産 of 利益s, will 最初 cover 29 福利事業 計画／陰謀s おもに 関係のある to scholarships, but leave out 受益者s of subsidised food and fertilisers which 伴う／関わる コンビナート／複合体 and difficult 問題／発行するs.

'Absurd'
