Women comedians 始める，決める to leave Delhi in stitches as they descend on 資本／首都 for International Women’s Day

"It is not true that woman was made from man's rib, she was really made from his funny bone," wrote J M Barrie, the creator of Peter Pan.

These humorous women will be in town just ahead of the Women's Day to tickle your funny bone and have you in stitches.

New York-based, Indian-born comedian Radhika Vaz 成し遂げるd on Saturday night at the Stein Auditorium, India Habitat Centre.

Even as one billion men and women 準備する to rise up for women's 権利s on the International Women's Day, these women are here to talk over 問題／発行するs such as the social 圧力s on women and the 説得力のある need to be ladylike.

While Vaz, who has held the audience in hysterics in many of her sold-out 'Unladylike' shows in New York, jokes about the 落し穴s of propriety, Delhi-based Vasu Primlani doesn't just get you to 割れ目 up, she gives you food for thought with her honest 探検s of what it is like 存在 an Indian woman.

"暴力／激しさ against women and the innumerable prejudices they 直面する is serious 商売／仕事," she agrees, "and it's pretty difficult to 攻撃する，衝突する a はしけ vein on these 問題／発行するs."

Neeta Palta worked at an advertising 機関, coming up with funny oneliners but sitting through a 黒人／ボイコット Dog Comedy Evening with Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood helped her join the laughter 旅団

Vasu grew up in Delhi but left for the US after receiving a Masters degree from UCLA in 地理学, 都市の Planning and 法律. She is 現在／一般に 令状ing two 調書をとる／予約するs, is a 激しく揺する 登山者, a triathlete and loves a good laugh

On the other 手渡す, she points out that it is important to talk about the 問題／発行するs bothering our society.

This is what made Primlani, Mittal and Palta put together their 近づいている show 'That's What She Said' which will be 行う／開催する／段階d at the Stein Auditorium, IHC on March 6 and at Epicentre, Gurgaon on March 10).

"For once people should hear women's point of 見解（をとる） on everything," says Palta, the advertising professional-turned comedian, who recently won the RAW comedy 競争 as a part of Oz Fest. But of course, there is a fair dose of prejudice directed に向かって these sassy women themselves.

"I never care two straws about unsolicited 発言／述べるs. I love a good laugh and making people laugh," says the young humourist.
