Bihar 長，指導者 大臣 Nitish Kumar does not celebrate his birthday with the pomp and show that his arch 競争相手 Lalu Prasad is known for.
But his 62nd birthday on Friday turned out to be a different, if not grand, 事件／事情／状勢.

法律を制定する 会議 chairman Awadhesh Narain Singh sang a popular film number to wish Nitish a long life: "Tum jiyo hazaron saal, saal ke din hon pachaas hazaar".
議会 MLC Jyoti improvised another old film song: "Tujhe aur kya doon main dua se siva/ tumko hamari umar lag jaaye."
But the best perhaps （機の）カム from RJD's Nawal Kishore Yadav, who told the CM that the PM's 栄冠を与える was を待つing him after his 業績／成果 in Bihar.
Lalu certainly would be frowning!
Jagadish Shettar had to 直面する 激しい 抗議するs
In choppy waters
Call it a 一打／打撃 of bad luck, but the Cauvery Water 論争s 法廷's award could not have come at a worse time for Karnataka 長，指導者 大臣 Jagadish Shettar and his party.
The 事柄 that had been 未解決の for so long has been 解決するd at a time when the BJP is struggling to 持つ／拘留する on to 力／強力にする in its first, and so far only, southern bastion.
農業者s in the 明言する／公表する's Cauvery 水盤／入り江 地区s are upset at what they perceive as the Shettar 政府's 失敗 to 納得させる the Centre.
The CM had to 直面する angry 抗議する人s when he visited southern Karnataka recently.
With 議会 投票s インチing closer, the BJP has another big 推論する／理由 to worry.
Final fight
Janata Dal-世俗的な leader and former 総理大臣 H D Deve Gowda has 宣言するd that the coming 議会 選挙 in Karnataka would be his "final fight" before 屈服するing out of politics.
His 告示 is 存在 taken with a pinch of salt. Under his son and ex-CM H D Kumaraswamy, the JD-S has not been able to make a strong 復帰.
