Campa Cola 居住（者）s have five months to move out

The 最高裁判所 (SC) on Thursday gave five months to over 240 families of Mumbai 's Campa Cola building to vacate their flats which the city's 市民の 機関 wants to 破壊する.

One of the buildings, Midtown, has 20 床に打ち倒すs and another, Orchid, has 17 床に打ち倒すs. Singer Lata Mangeshkar has a flat in one of the buildings.

Along with other girls, she stood with red roses outside the gates of the 構内／化合物 that were to be given to Bombay 地方自治体の 会社／団体 (BMC) and police 公式の／役人s asking them to spare the buildings.

Nisha Gupta, who lives in Prabhadevi 近づく Dadar, said, "I don't have a flat here but I have a lot of friends who live at the 演説（する）／住所 and I have come to lend my support."

Dinesh Shah, a 居住（者） of the building, said the BMC was punishing them for no fault of theirs.

"The 建設業者s didn't tell us anything when we bought the flats. The BMC didn't 行為／法令／行動する against the 建設業者s but now it wants to penalise us. Where will my family of eight go?" he said.

Another 居住（者）, Vinod Tibrewala, also slammed the BMC and the 明言する／公表する 政府.

"It is strange… we 支払う／賃金 our 税金s 定期的に, still we are 存在 penalised while the homes of slum-dwellers who don't 支払う／賃金 税金s are regularised. What 肉親，親類d of 司法（官） is this? Adarsh is not 存在 破壊するd, the 政府 regularised Lavassa… why are we 存在 的d?" he asked.

Several 居住（者）s are on an 不明確な／無期限の 急速な／放蕩な within the 構内／化合物. "We don't have a second home so we are not going to budge," Sarita Chawla said. Ramesh Soni （機の）カム along with family members to save his brother Nishant Soni's flat.

"We are ready to die here, the BMC can 破壊する the building on our dead 団体／死体s," he said.
