災害 返答 teams 戦う／戦い 季節風 影響 as 天候 機関s 主張する 'the worst is over'
The MET office may have earned a 評判 of making 正確な 天気予報s in the 最近の times, but 極端に 激しい 降雨 in the hilly areas have caught the department and 災害 管理／経営 機関s off guard.
The India 気象の Department (IMD) had 警告するd of "very 激しい 降雨". However, data 分析 of the 天候 system and the rains has shown that there was "極端に 激しい 降雨", IMD, 公式の／役人s said.

"The worst is over for both Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. The rains would now 減少（する） in the coming days," Dr B P Yadav, director, IMD, said.
"We knew about very 激しい 降雨 and had 警告するd about it," Yadav said.

PM's 救済 基金 for flood 犠牲者s

総理大臣 Manmohan Singh on Thursday 発表するd Rs 1,000 crore for 救済 and rehabilitation, に引き続いて an 空中の 調査する of the rain and flood 影響する／感情d areas along with 議会 大統領，／社長 Sonia Gandhi in Uttarakhand on Wednesday.

Shimla death （死傷者）数 reaches 14
Death （死傷者）数 resulting from 地滑りs in Kinnaur reached 14 on Wednesday, 公式の／役人 sources in Shimla said."So far 14 deaths have been 報告（する）／憶測d.
