The hills of Uttarakhand ARE still alive, thanks to a little entrepreneurial spirit

This is a simple yet 奮起させるing entrepreneurial story of wealth 創造 and 逆転する 移住 that 持つ/拘留するs hope for the 悲劇-攻撃する,衝突する 未来 of Uttarakhand.

It's the story of Pan Singh Parihar, a 38-year-old taxi driver turned 田舎の entrepreneur. Pan Singh lives in village Majholi, 17km from Ranikhet in 地区 Almora with his mother, his wife Hema Devi and their children Bhavna, Akansha and Ayush.

Pan Singh is a successful 田舎の entrepreneur managing his diversified 商売/仕事s, which 含む a poultry farm, 酪農場, 農業, 漁業s and poly house, all of which are run from home.

A 会社/堅い 信奉者 in the 力/強力にする of putting in his best, Pan Singh has seen difficult days. Like most other hill folks, he migrated to the plains in search of a 暮らし.

Pan Singh 最初 worked as a driver in Haldwani before he migrated to Delhi. Ten years ago Pan Singh (機の)カム 支援する home for good. 武装した with his last Rs 5,000 and a Kisan Credit Card with a value of Rs 9,500, he decided to make his first visit to far-away Pantnagar. He bought chicks and 輸送(する)d them 支援する to his village to be sold the next day.

This 決まりきった仕事 would continue for the next five months as Pan Singh made almost 75 支援する-and-前へ/外へ trips to Pantnagar, a distance of 130km from his village. Each trip would fetch him a 逮捕する 利益(をあげる) of Rs 500. After few months of 支援する-breaking travel, Pan Singh had created some 資本/首都. He was now ready for the next 段階 of his entrepreneurial 旅行.

Pan Singh decided to go up the value chain and got into the broiler selling 商売/仕事. Milk 配当 was his first serious 商売/仕事 拡大. Apart from his poultry and 酪農場 商売/仕事, he now has two bio gas 工場/植物s with a poly house 事業/計画(する) that is 近づくing 完成.

In the last 10年間, the value of his 資産s and 商売/仕事 has grown to over Rs 25 lakh and he now earns about Rs 40,000 per month. With his 決定するd 成果/努力s, he has not only 証明するd to himself, but also to countless other hill folks that human 企業 and a 猛烈な/残忍な 乗り気 to 後継する can still 産する/生じる r esults in the seemingly barren hills of Uttarakhand.

The success story of Pan Singh and others like him 申し込む/申し出s many 価値のある lessons for the 再構築するing of the hilly 地域s of Garhwal and Kumaon. If the 政府 is serious about 回復するing from the 現在進行中の 災害 and in bringing 深い-rooted and self-propelled change in the hills, then the empowerment of the 田舎の entrepreneur could play a 高度に impactful 役割.

One suggestion is to create a long-称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 計画(する) based on the four elements of Mapping, Identifying, Imparting 技術s and Applauding (MISA). Let us 簡潔に look at each of these elements:

Mapping the Pan Singhs from the hill 地区s is the first step in the MISA approach of 権力を与えるing the hill-based entrepreneur. Over a period of a few months, an entrepreneurial database can be created with the 関連した 商売/仕事 metrics 逮捕(する)d during the mapping 演習.

Apart from collecting (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状), the mapping 行う/開催する/段階 can fill the gaps in the knowledge, 技術s and experience of the entrepreneur need to be identified and 評価するd. (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) 付随するing to education, familiarity with 科学(工学)技術, basics of 事業/計画(する) 管理/経営, 財政/金融 and 核心 商売/仕事 過程s could be collected to identify the entrepreneurial knowledge and 技術 欠陥/不足s.

This 要求するs 詳細(に述べる)d 科学の and methodical 分析, based on which the next element of the MISA 戦略 could be developed. Entrepreneurial 開発 would follow the mapping & knowledge gap 身元確認,身分証明 過程s.

Instead of 申し込む/申し出ing generic, plain vanilla programs, care can be taken to customise 開発 programs for groups of entrepreneurs. 負担d with technical and 管理の 技術s, these programs can 劇的な 高める and multiply the 可能性のある of the entrepreneur.

Modules on 科学(工学)技術, creativity, 革新, problem solving, 財政/金融, planning and marketing, amongst many others, could expose the entrepreneur to a new level of thinking. Introduction to computers and online education would open a world of 可能性s.

Such programs would 権力を与える him or her, and help them to make more intelligent and 知らせるd 決定/判定勝ち(する)s. Once entrepreneurs are mapped, their gaps identified and 技術s imparted, it is 極端に 決定的な to applaud, reward and 認める their 業績/成就s.

Positivity

The positivity of the hill entrepreneur will have a multiplier 影響 as communities and youngsters see wealth 存在 created around them.

There are many other 利益s of 権力を与えるing the 田舎の entrepreneur ? いっそう少なく 移住, 減ずるd 圧力s on the choking cities in the plains of Uttarakhand, more 投資s in the 私的な 部門 and higher lifestyle 基準s.

These results will have a 深遠な 衝撃 on the 適切な時期 landscape over a period of 10 to 15 years based on the sincere 焦点(を合わせる) in developing the entrepreneurs in the hill 地域s of Uttarakhand.

Pan Singh Parihar and others of his ilk have 始める,決める the ball rolling. It is now up to the 政治家,政治屋s and 政策 製造者s of the 明言する/公表する to 本気で develop, 動機づける and encourage many more to join their league.
