Punjab 副 長，指導者 大臣 Sukhbir Singh Badal and his 議会人 wife Harsimrat Kaur Badal (Bathinda MP) are making the most of the few days left before the 選挙 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 発表するs the model code of 行為／行う.

Harsimrat Kaur Badal alone has …に出席するd as many as 74 創立／基礎 石／投石するs in past 10 days in Bathinda and Mansa 地区s which are part of her Lok Sabha 選挙区／有権者.

"As the model code of 行為／行う is about to be 課すd, Akali leaders are busy laying 創立／基礎 石／投石するs. Public money is 存在 wasted on the 創立／基礎 石／投石するs for which there is not 予算上の 準備／条項," 議会 spokesperson, Sukhpal Singh Khaira said.

称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語ing the 主張s as "議会 宣伝 to 誤って導く people", Badal said he doesn't 要求する any 許可 to lay 創立／基礎 石／投石するs.

"I don't 要求する to take anyone's 許可 for laying the 創立／基礎 石／投石する for the 事業／計画（する）s that belong to Punjab 政府," Badal said on Friday after a 創立／基礎 laying 儀式 of Malaut road overbridge.

Criticising Akali Dal leaders for wasting public money on laying 創立／基礎 石／投石するs, another 議会 leader said they are known for their "love to lay 創立／基礎 石／投石するs before the 選挙s".

Some of the 開発 作品 for the 創立／基礎 石／投石するs were laid earlier are 集会 dust.

The 事業／計画（する）s 含む Rs 100 crore International Cricket stadium and a sports 学院 at Bathinda for which 創立／基礎 石／投石する was laid on December 8, 2007 by 長，指導者 大臣 Parkash Singh Badal.

一方／合間, Sukhbir Singh Badal was also heard 支持を得ようと努めるing 投票者s in his 演説（する）／住所 that BJP prime 大臣の 候補者 Narendra Modi is a good friend of Parkash Singh Badal, and will send トラックで運ぶs 負担d with money to Punjab if he becomes the PM.

"Badal Sahab and Narendra Modi are 急速な／放蕩な friends. If Modi forms the 政府, we will be able to bring トラックで運ぶs 負担d with money to Punjab to develop the 明言する／公表する," Badal said in Jalandhar while laying the 創立／基礎 石／投石する of other 開発 作品.
