議会 立ち往生させるs 議会 as 政府 辞退するs to discuss Gaza 暴力／激しさ

外務大臣 Sushma Swaraj pointed out that India has 外交の 関係 with both イスラエル and パレスチナ

外部の 事件／事情／状勢s 大臣 Sushma Swaraj said: "We have 外交の 関係 with both nations. Any discourteous 言及／関連 to any friendly country can 衝撃 our relations with them."

Rajya Sabha 副 chairman P.J. Kurien reserved a 判決，裁定 on the 対立 嘆願 to discuss the 問題／発行する after Swaraj wrote to chairman Hamid Ansari to 減少（する） it.

On Monday, （衆議院の）議長 Sumitra Mahajan did not 許す the 問題／発行する to be discussed in the lower house 主要な to a ストライキ by the PDP.
