財政／金融 長官 Arvind Mayaram is tipped to be the first 長，率いる of the newly-created BRICS bank.
The new 開発 bank, to be based in Shanghai, will 基金 組織／基盤／下部構造 事業／計画（する）s in the 現れるing world.
As per the 協定 reached in BRICS 首脳会議 in Brazil, 中国 was selected to be the bank's （警察，軍隊などの）本部, its first 大統領，／社長 will be an Indian and first 議長，司会を務める of the board will be held by Brazil.
As 財政／金融 長官, he played a major 役割 in the NDA's first 予算 現在のd recently. He has held 重要な positions 含むing that of 長官, department of 経済的な 事件／事情／状勢s.
Arvind Mayaram has also done a stint in the Asian 開発 Bank as 代案／選択肢 知事 for India. He has been director in the Reserve Bank of India and ONGC (Videsh).
