The 居住（者）s of 35 remote villages on the Indo-中国 国境 in Uttarakhand are 需要・要求するing the return of their recently 解散するd ヘリコプター service.?

Earlier, 地元のs had to walk about 50 kms from Garabhdhara over two-three days to reach their homes, because these villages in the Pithoragarh 地区 欠如（する） road connectivity in the wake of last year’s flash floods.?

So, the Uttarakhand 政府 started a 裁判，公判 ヘリコプター service 事業／計画（する） this year to connect these far-flung villages.?
