The 対立 to PM Narendra Modi and the Hindutva ideology has distorted the 審議 around anti-国家の sloganeering at JNU

For a country 直面するing serious 外部の and 内部の 脅しs, 取引，協定ing with 問題／発行するs of dissent and freedom of speech 現在のs a difficult challenge.?

An 必須の 成分 of 僕主主義 as a political system is freedom of speech, which Article 19 of our 憲法 供給するs, 支配する to some reasonable 限界s that 含む the 安全 of the 明言する／公表する, public order, and India’s 主権，独立 and 正直さ.

Can freedom of speech therefore be 演習d to the point of raising anti-明言する／公表する スローガンs and calling for the break-up of the country??

時折起こる sloganeering of this 肉親，親類d by rootless fringe groups can be ignored, but should it be if these groups are active in some of the 首相 uni versities and have links - practical or 観念的な - with those 現実に 伴う／関わるd in activities against the 明言する／公表する??

Radicalism?

One can argue that too much importance should not be given to such strident student activity, that 壇・綱領・公約s for 公表／放送 even objectionable political ideas should be permitted in varsity campuses as part of the 過程 of learning and 知識人 growth, 耐えるing in mind that 青年 radicalism is a ありふれた but a passing 現象 in most 事例／患者s.?

It can be argued too that India is strong, that it should show 信用／信任 in itself and not over-反応する to such 誘発s.?

But, the reality is that India 直面するs a real challenge of テロ行為 from without and within.?

Some see Maoist 暴力／激しさ as the biggest 安全 challenge. For the last 30 years, Pakistan has abetted テロ行為 across the country.?

Our 議会 has been attacked, and with repeated attacks in Mumbai, 特に in 2008, the country’s psyche has been scarred.?

There is an 試みる／企てる to bring Dalit 行動主義者s, Maoists and 過激な Islamic elements on to a ありふれた 壇・綱領・公約 of 抗議する, as seen in the 最近の JNU event and the earlier one at the Hyderabad Central University.?

That スローガンs against the “judicial 殺人” of Afzal G uru should be raised as part of the venting of social and class grievances against the country is objectionable by any 基準s.?

抗議するs by student 行動主義者s, without 訴える手段／行楽地ing to 暴力／激しさ, would be 合法的 in 法律, but because テロ行為 has no 存在 outside of 暴力／激しさ, support for Afzal Guru and Yakub Memon can in no way be 合法的, and has to be 見解（をとる）d as 存在 “anti-国家の”.?

Point-得点する／非難する／２０ing by 政党s and the unrelenting 対立 to Narendra Modi and the Hindutva ideology by ‘secularists’ has distorted the 審議 around anti-国家の sloganeering at the JNU.?

The 活動／戦闘 of the 当局 is 存在 事業／計画（する）d as 鎮圧 of dissent, 抑制（する）ing of freedom of 表現 and another manifestation of rising intolerance.?

Ironically, those making these 告訴，告発s are 投げつけるing 悪口雑言 at Modi and his 政府 without 抑制.?They speak of the 政府 instilling 恐れる but are fearless in 公然と非難するing it.?

Luminaries have been mobilised in the US and the UK to join the chorus in attacking the Modi 政府 in lurid 条件.?

All this is part of a 連合させるd 内部の-外部の 成果／努力 to delegitimise the 政府 政治上 and morally abroad, even as Modi has tried hard to build a 肯定的な image of India 国祭的な.?

The rising ant-Islamic 感情 in the US and Europe shows how the 自由主義の values 心にいだくd by these 地域s are buckling under 圧力 that 耐えるs no comparison with the 宗教的な and other 多様制s we 対処する with in India.?

Those propagating the intolerant India 見通し should look at these 開発s in the US and Europe and show some sense of 割合 in their strictures.?
