India's Manohar returns to the crease as ICC chairman to finish 精密検査する of cricket's governance

India's Shashank Manohar has deferred his 辞職 as the chairman of the International Cricket 会議 to see through a 改革（する） programme, the game's world 治める／統治するing 団体／死体 said Friday.
