The Footsie の近くにd 88.3 points ahead at 4,506.2. 伸び（る）s earlier in the day were 奮起させるd by a 殺到する in Asian markets and then were 追加するd to by a 200-point 伸び（る） for the Dow Jones.

The fact that モーターing behemoth General モーターs had とじ込み／提出するd for 破産 保護 earlier could not dent US 株, which 押し進めるd higher on better-than-推定する／予想するd 経済的な data. The Dow Jones was 211.7 points higher at 8,712.0.

'The 経済的な 危機 is still very real but, there are ever 増加するing 調印するs of a 回復 from the world's biggest economy,' said David Evans, market 分析家 at BetOnMarkets.com.

'Like a fairground ride, the rollercoaster has 完全にするd its worst 宙返り飛行s and gut wrenching turns and appears to be slowing 負かす／撃墜する に向かって the end of the ride. At least that is what 投資家s are hoping is happening,' said Evans.

The knock-on 影響 for 採掘 株 drove the FTSE 100's 伸び（る）s today. Xstrata topped the risers board with a 伸び（る） of 72p to 756p, followed by Vedanta 資源s which showed a 伸び（る） of 143p to 1724p. This was closely followed by Kazakhmys - up 40.5p at 731p - and Anglo American, which 伸び（る）d 133p to 1910p.

Tim Hughes, 長，率いる of sales 貿易（する）ing at IG 索引, said: '投資家s seem happy to keep 押し進めるing the price of the 採掘 株 higher - this is a 部門 that has outperformed the wider market for much of this year and at the moment it seems to have plenty of 肯定的な 勢い behind it.'

Citigroup says DMGT has been a '安全な cyclical', with 収入s per 株 standing up compared to other newspapers publishers thanks to its 商売／仕事-to-商売／仕事 武器.

HSBC has 引き上げ（る）d its 的 price on Topps to 88p from 52p.
