Lord Carter's review of broadcasting's futu re could see the BBC 軍隊d to 株 its licence 料金 for the first time

The BBC could be ordered to 株 its £3.6billion licence 料金 歳入 for the first time in its history.?

A 報告（する）／憶測 into the 未来 of broadcasting and communications by Communications 大臣 Lord Carter is understood to recommend that some of the BBC's 年次の 歳入 should be used to 基金 地域の news services on ITV.
