列／漕ぐ／騒動 as Invenco says SpinVox is for sale

Troubled voicemail-to-text messaging company SpinVox has become embroiled in a 列／漕ぐ／騒動 over whether it is 内密に up for sale, just weeks after it raised millions of 続けざまに猛撃するs in 基金ing from 投資家s.

株主 Invesco Perpetual, an 投資 管理／経営 company, said last week in its 年次の 財政上の 報告（する）／憶測 告示 that it had decided to 令状 負かす／撃墜する the value of its 持つ／拘留するing from £759,000 to £76,000.

Its shareholding was diluted after SpinVox's most 最近の 基金ing 一連の会議、交渉／完成する in which Invesco decided not to take part.

However, Invesco 投資 経営者／支配人 Andy Crossley said: 'The 商売／仕事 has been put up for sale and it is possible that, should a good sales price be 達成するd, the new valuation may be 越えるd.'

The company, 設立するd by Christina Domecq and Daniel Doulton in 2003, would not 確認する or 否定する whether it was up for sale, but SpinVox is understood to have called in its lawyers to 需要・要求する that Invesco 撤回する its 声明.

A SpinVox source said it was a 事柄 of privacy. 'This puts the company in a position that it didn't want to be in,' he said.
