Householders are 直面するing a 二塁打-whammy of bad news on their energy 法案s in the run-up to Christmas.

The bad news comes as Energy 長官 Ed Miliband lectures Copenhagen 気候 会議／協議会 委任する／代表s next week on the importance of cutting dirty energy 生産（高）.

Ofgem will 明らかにする／漏らす tomorrow that the 卸売物価 of gas has fallen even lower than in the summer, when it was 26p a therm.

Energy companies have not 削減（する） their prices, にもかかわらず making about £170 利益（をあげる） a year for each ‘二重の-燃料’ 顧客. Ofgem wrote to the companies in August 勧めるing them to 答える／応じる to the sharp 落ちるs in 卸売物価s. Their answer a month later was to hint at even その上の price rises.

Robert Hammond, energy 専門家 for 消費者 焦点（を合わせる）, said: 'We think there is room for price 削減（する）s to be made すぐに. 供給者s should not wait until winter 法案s have 上げるd their 利益（をあげる）s before passing on 削減（する）s.

'The fact that price 削減（する）s aren't 存在 公正に／かなり passed on shows that the 競争の激しい energy market isn't working.

'We need a 競争 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 調査 to 演説（する）／住所 the problems.'

EDF may 控訴，上告 over '不公平な' 支配（する）／統制するs

Energy 巨大（な） EDF, which operates electricity 配当 網状組織s in the South and East, will decide tomorrow whether to ask the 競争 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 to 調査／捜査する the new price 政権 from regulator Ofgem.

Vincent de Rivaz, 長，指導者 (n)役員／(a)執行力のある of the French energy group, will 控訴，上告 if he believes it will not 許す his company to make 十分な 利益（をあげる） and 投資する in smart 科学（工学）技術.
