Borrowing money is not always 平易な for a new franchisee. And with banks 強化するing their belts, it is even more important for those taking on franchises to be 現実主義の about how big a 貸付金 they can afford.

However, the good news is that the banks still look favourably on new entrants who are working with 設立するd, big-指名する franchising brands.

'A lot of the banks want more 安心 that the 商売／仕事 model has been proven and that it has a good 記録，記録的な／記録する,' says James Eades of Franchise Your 商売／仕事, a consultancy based in Esher, Surrey.

Having a recognised 指名する behind you can lead to more favourable borrowing 条件 and even a lower 利益／興味 率. Tony Chapman, a former training 経営者／支配人 with 投資 bank JPMorgan, recently 調印するd with plumbing franchise PlumbXpress, borrowing £20,000 through Lloyds TSB out of a total £40,000 投資.
