The m ove comes on 最高の,を越す of an インフレーション-破産した/(警察が)手入れするing 5.2% 増加する in the 率, which will cost companies another £1bn.

In some 事例/患者s, the 連合させるd 影響 will see 年次の 法案s more than treble for retailers and small 会社/堅いs which are already 苦しむing from a 低迷 in 消費者 需要・要求する, credit 凍結するs and higher bank 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s.

The 率 rise is so high because it is linked to the level of the 小売 Prices 索引 last September. The RPI has since dropped to 無 and is even 予測(する) to be 消極的な later this year as the 後退,不況 takes 持つ/拘留する.

But にもかかわらず 警告s of 会社/堅いs の近くにing and of 職業 losses, 大臣s are 辞退するing to change or 延期する the rise.

From next month, 商売/仕事s will also 直面する extra costs and red tape from an 拡張 of 柔軟な working 権利s and an 増加する in statutory holiday entitlement from 24 days to 28.

In another blow, 過度期の 救済 from a 2005 revaluation of 商業の 所有物/資産/財産s also 満了する/死ぬs tomorrow, 押し進めるing up 法案s even その上の.

地元の 当局, 恐れるing the change will lead to boarded up high streets, have said they want 救済 to continue.

'The 政府 has got to pull something out of the hat さもなければ we will have more ghost-ridden high streets.' Margaret Eaton, chairman of the 地元の 政府 協会, said: 'It is 容認できない that some 商売/仕事s could see 率s 法案s 二塁打 or even 3倍になる.

'It is (疑いを)晴らす that a 決定/判定勝ち(する) about ending this 救済 was made while the economy was still にわか景気ing and it was thought that 商売/仕事s would be able to 対処する.

'In the new 環境, it's just not 現実主義の to 推定する/予想する many 商売/仕事s to を取り引きする this sharp rise in their 法案s.'

Tory 広報担当者 Justine Greening said: 'The 政府 needs to take a の近くに look at all the 増加するs.

'At the moment it really looks like the way they are approaching 商売/仕事 率s is a road to 廃虚, not just for 商売/仕事s but for the communities they serve.' After rent and staff, 商売/仕事 率s are the third biggest cost for many retailers.

They are the 同等(の) of 会議 税金 for companies which 占領する 非,不,無-国内の 所有物/資産/財産s and are based on the rateable value of the 前提s, 概略で the same as a year's rent.

The Department for Communities and 地元の 政府 said: '商売/仕事s have had four years of 過度期の 救済 to 段階 up to their 十分な 支払い(額) and have received かなりの 利益 from the 救済 計画/陰謀'.

'The 政府 needs to come up with a proper 一括 which will help small 商売/仕事s,' said 32-year-old Mr Dhooper.

'大臣s seem to do the exact opposite to what they are 約束ing. The 付加価値税 削減(する) was a gimmick which has done very little.' Mr Dhooper has 適用するd to join a small 商売/仕事 救済 計画/陰謀, but is far from 希望に満ちた. He said: 'Getting your 事例/患者 looked at depe nds 完全に on who you get on the other end of the phone.

It could take six weeks or it could take six months. 'I know 仲買人s who have had to remortgage their houses because of this.'

He says the Sebastian 電気の Company does not make enough 利益(をあげる) to cover the 増加する and has no 貯金 left to 支払う/賃金 it.

Mr Pereira 追加するd that small 商売/仕事s in his area of Wandsworth, South-West London, are ロビーing the 地元の 会議 and their MP for help.
