資産 財政／金融 gives new 賃貸し（する） of life

人物／姿／数字s 予定 this week from the 財政／金融 and 賃貸し（する）ing 協会 (FLA), the 貿易（する） 協会 for 独立した・無所属 資産 財政／金融 companies, show that lending to 会社／堅いs to 投資する in new 器具／備品 増加するd by at least 20% in the last ４半期/4分の1 of 2010.

Known as 資産 財政／金融, the 貸付金s are seen by many 会社／堅いs as an 代案／選択肢 to bank 貸付金s and overdrafts for 資本／首都 投資.

There are two forms of 資産 財政／金融. Under a 賃貸し（する）ing 協定 the provider buys the 器具／備品 and the 商売／仕事 顧客 支払う／賃金s a 賃貸しの 料金 to 雇う it.

With 雇う 購入（する） the 会社／堅い 支払う／賃金s a deposit and then makes 正規の／正選手 支払い（額）s to the provider. After a period of time they own the 資産.

About one in three small 商売／仕事s with 外部の borrowing uses 資産 財政／金融. Yet last week it was 報告（する）／憶測d that Barclays had pulled out of this line of 財政／金融 for 会社／堅いs with a turnover of いっそう少なく than £5m.

A spokeswoman told 財政上の Mail its 資産 財政／金融 製品 was 孤立した last year.

She 追加するd: 'We have a number of 代案／選択肢s, which in our 見解（をとる） may be more suitable for these 商売／仕事s.'

Stuart Pritchard is managing director of Invicta Window Films in Reigate, Surrey. The company, which he 始める，決める up in 1995, 供給するs heat 削減 window film to lower energy use in modern buildings.

The 商売／仕事, which 雇うs 20 staff, had a turnover of £1m in 2010 and is on 跡をつける to 増加する it to £1.5m this year. Yet when Stuart approached Barclays last year to ask about borrowing money to buy new 商売／仕事 cars for his staff, he was shocked at the 率 引用するd and the 欠如（する） of 利益／興味 shown by the 会社／堅い's Barclays 接触する.

So Stuart, 47, decided to buy the 乗り物s through a 雇う 購入（する） 計画／陰謀 申し込む／申し出d by a car dealership. 'I have used Barclays 資産 財政／金融 in the pas t, but this time the 売買業者 was 申し込む／申し出ing a far better 率 on the 取引，協定 than Barclays, so it was an obvious 決定／判定勝ち（する）,' he says.

Since then Stuart has had his 'best ever January', 追加するing: 'We have 利益d as people become environmentally aware and more companies want to have their windows done. We have diversified to stay strong and have moved into creating window films with graphics on.'
