Water companies in England and むちの跡s saw a 減少（する） in 消費者s （民事の）告訴s for the third year in a 列／漕ぐ／騒動, the 産業 監視者 said tod ay, but 警告するd ‘some companies still have a long way to go’ on 顧客 service.

The 消費者 会議 for Water (CCWater) said the 最新の 人物／姿／数字s show a 4.5 per cent 減少（する） for the 2010-11 period compared with 2009-10.

However, there were still 185,140 （民事の）告訴s last year.

The worst performer was north west water and sewerage provider 部隊d 公共事業（料金）／有用性s with 39,000 （民事の）告訴s - the highest number and an 増加する of 6.7 per cent on the previous year.
