Women stuck in unhappy marriages 直面する a cash 危機 with '離婚 貸付金s' at banks 乾燥した,日照りのing up in the 財政上の squee ze.

Even in London ? which has a 評判 for 存在 the world's '離婚 資本/首都' ? it has become very difficult to borrow to cover 離婚 costs, lawyers say.

Many banks have scrapped short-称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 離婚 貸付金s since the 財政上の squeeze 攻撃する,衝突する in 2008, while others are using stringent lending 基準 to turn away even 豊富な clientele, or 非難する obtrusive 利益/興味 率s between 11 and 17 per cent a month.

One 離婚 法律 会社/堅い has 報告(する)/憶測d a threefold 増加する in 事例/患者s of women, who statistically are the lower earners in most marriages, turning to friends and family to 基金 a 分裂(する) in the last two years as a result.

Divorce pain: As if the turmoil of going through a divorce wasn't enough, it's now even harder to fund a split by going to the bank

離婚 苦痛: As if the 騒動 of going through a 離婚 wasn't enough, it's now even harder to 基金 a 分裂(する) by going to the bank

Expensive 過程

Untangling 株d 資産s such as 所有物/資産/財産 and 投資s can be tricky and expensive, with costs 範囲ing into the thousands of 続けざまに猛撃するs.

While a simple, 友好的な 離婚 in which only paperwork is needed might cost around £1,000, any 複雑化 will see 料金s ロケット/急騰する.

介入 - where lawyers help a couple come to an 協定 outside of 法廷,裁判所 - typically costs between £5,000 and £6,000.

But a fully contested 離婚 where the 事例/患者 goes to 裁判,公判 usually costs 上向きs of £20,000, 範囲ing into tens and even hundreds of thousands in the most fractious 論争s.

Some people qualify for 明言する/公表する support in the form of 合法的な 援助(する). However, it is 利用できる to より小数の than one in three adults, 限られた/立憲的な in part by the £2billion 最大限 of taxpayer money (ーのために)とっておくd for the 計画/陰謀, and doesn't always cover the 十分な 量.

There has also been a 示すd rise in the 人気 of online 'quickie' 離婚 services, such as Fasttrack 離婚, which 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s £37 for an 'Instant Download 離婚', or Quickie 離婚 which (人命などを)奪う,主張するs it can save £550 compared with using 従来の 大勝するs.

But lawyers have 繰り返して 警告するd that these DIY 削減(する)-price 選択s can leave couples open to 壊滅的な errors because they 申し込む/申し出 very little advice, if any at all.

Banks 強化する the purse strings

In the past, a splitting partner could 基金 十分な 合法的な advice through a bank such as Coutts, Barclays and HSBC to 基金 the cost of 離婚 litigation.

But 離婚 lawyers at Manchester-based Pannone say most banks have either 孤立した litigation 貸付金s or 引き上げ(る)d 率s in the wake of the 2008 全世界の 経済的な 下降.

Liz Cowell, a partner at Pannone, says even women with 豊富な part ners are 存在 軍隊d to 捜し出す 手渡す-outs just to 支払う/賃金 living costs during 分離.

Many banks have started to make 過度の 需要・要求するs before they agree to lend. For example, some are 非難する a 抱擁する 17 per cent a month - far higher than an ordinary personal 貸付金 at nearer 10 per cent a year.

Other borrowers are 存在 軍隊d to 調印する a 契約 agreeing to let the bank manage the 資産s arising from a 離婚 解決/入植地. Others will only agree to a 貸付金 if there is the prospect of cash 存在 分裂(する) between a couple 同様に as, or instead of, 所有物/資産/財産. This is to make sure the 負債 is (疑いを)晴らすd すぐに.

Ms Cowell says: 'Women looking to 会合,会う the costs of 離婚 have been successively squeezed. They have been hardest 攻撃する,衝突する by the 撤退 of litigation 貸付金s because they had predominantly relied on them, often having no income or 資産s of their own.

'Many find themselves caught in a grey area where they might not be able to 説得する their spouses to 支払う/賃金 their costs too, don't qualify for 合法的な 援助(する) and 港/避難所't got the means to afford 合法的な 料金s themselves. Other family members and friends are ますます the only sources of money left to turn to.'

'Even in 比較して 豊富な couples, a wife may have 充てるd herself to building a home and been 供給するd with housekeeping by her husband but had little or no income herself.'
