Olympic ticketholders are 存在 警告するd against using pre-paid cards when the Games kick-off on Friday.

Anyone whose debit or credit card does not 耐える the ビザ logo has a simple choice: take cash or 負担 money の上に a pre-paid card. This is because Olympic 発生地s will not 受託する any other type of card, 含むing Maestro, American 表明する or Mastercard.

You can 負担 up to £500 on a simple ビザ card bought over the 反対する in a shop. Yet most 申し込む／申し出 no more 保護 than the 蓄える／店 gift cards 一般的に bought as birthday or Christmas 現在のs. If this type of pre-paid card is stolen, you lose everything.

Some cards 許す you to 登録（する） them in your 指名する and 申し込む／申し出 refunds if lose the card or get it stolen. This is often the 事例／患者 if you buy over the internet or in a bank.

'扱う／治療する cards bought over the 反対する without an ID check as cash - losing one will mean losing any money 負担d on there,' the FSA says.

Buying an Olympic souvenir costing £100 can cost an extra £2.95 in '処理／取引 料金s' on 確かな cards. Many also 徴収する 月毎の 料金s of up to £12.50. It can cost as much as £30 just to buy the card in the first place.

Paul Lawler, of comparison 場所／位置 Moneysupermarket.com, says: 'If you ーするつもりである to use the card a lot of times at the Olympics, watch out - the 料金s on these cards 変化させる 大いに.'
