For the moment, 非，不，無 is bigger than the 問題／発行する of whether students should be 要求するd to 支払う／賃金 summer 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 accommodation 料金s for digs they have long fled as their universities have shut campuses and taken teaching online. It is a 支配する I raised more than a month ago and one that still rankles with many of you.

As parents and (often) 財政上の 支援者s of these students, your 見解（をとる） is 圧倒的な: students have been 大部分は forgotten in the 政府's splendid 成果／努力 to 保護する 商売／仕事s from the consequences of lockdown ? and 労働者s from the 天罰（を下す） of 失業.

They have been left to scurry home ? often leaving behind part-time 職業s ? continue (unsatisfactorily) with their 熟考する／考慮するs online, but still 支払う／賃金 十分な whack for both their patchy tuition and accommodation they have gone nowhere 近づく since lockdown.?

As I 報告（する）／憶測 here, 私的な landlords and their managing スパイ／執行官s have きっぱりと 辞退するd to 申し込む／申し出 students any 譲歩s on their summer rent.

Their 態度 is: '支払う／賃金 up or 直面する 合法的な 活動／戦闘'. For students 直面するing exams ? some, 決勝戦 ? such 合法的な 脅しs are 深く，強烈に 苦しめるing although a hardy few (the Jack Clarkes and Ella Smithymans of this world) have 辞退するd to 嘘（をつく） 負かす／撃墜する without an almighty fight.

Landlords and スパイ／執行官s 有罪の of いじめ（る）ing behaviour should 持つ／拘留する their 集団の／共同の 長，率いるs in shame. Just because students have received their 維持／整備 貸付金s for the 現在の 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 does not give landlords the 権利 to 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 them for a service they can no longer use because of lockdown.

妥協, not 合法的な 脅しs, should be the order of the day. Indeed, my 見解（をとる） is that students, student unions and universities should blackball 感情を害する／違反するing landlords and スパイ／執行官s when ? and if ? university campuses rumble 支援する into life at some 行う／開催する／段階 in the new academic year.
