Tony Hetherington replies:?Since I first wrote about the serious problems at Mercer last November, （民事の）告訴s have never stopped. And this is no corner shop 操作／手術. Mercer is a 抱擁する company, running the 退職 計画／陰謀s of major 商売／仕事s such as Morrisons and Whitbread. Yet when pensioners complain, this 抱擁する company behaves like a Big Unfriendly 巨大（な）.?

I asked Mercer to comment on what you told me and I 申し込む／申し出d to get your 署名 to a 合法的に binding letter to authorise it to discuss your 年金 with me. Mercer 簡単に 辞退するd point blank.?

'In November, I telephoned Mercer and was told to wait four weeks for a 返答. I am still waiting. I cannot believe Mercer can continue 貿易（する）ing?with such poor service.' Mercer's procrastination for 15 months led them finally to tell me that during this period my 年金 計画（する） had lost £34,000. And Nick told me: 'I have been 借りがあるd my Smiths 産業s 年金 since December 2. It is 治めるd by Mercer. I am beside myself with worry and sleepless nights as all I get from them is avoidance and 延期する. I have received no 年金, no 陳謝 and no explanation.'

Even when a 年金 is 存在 paid, Mercer still manages to create big problems. British Energy 世代 Group pensioner Kenneth received a shock letter. He told me: 'It says my 年金 has been overpaid by £14,748. They are not 捜し出すing to 埋め立てる this, but they are cutting my 年金 from £14,148 a year t o £12,570. They are robbing my 年金 to cover up their mistake.'?

Tony Hetherington replies:?You told me that the lawyer's letter （機の）カム out of the blue, and you had received no previous 法案. And AJJB 法律's letter ? 長，率いるd 未解決の 合法的な 活動／戦闘 ? began by 説, 'We have not received 支払い（額） of the 延滞の balance…', 増強するing the idea that you ignored 需要・要求するs. I asked Leonard James, the solicitor behind AJJB 法律, for proof?that you were in 負債, 含むing copies of 需要・要求するs already 問題／発行するd.?

He 申し込む／申し出d no 証拠, but told me he would be 'liaising with my （弁護士の）依頼人 on these 問題／発行するs'. Together Energy told me it had definitely written to you and it has sent a copy of its final 法案 for £198. But this says 支払い（額） would be collected from your bank account, yet Together?Energy had scrapped your direct debit.?

The company 認める: 'The 顧客 should have been 法案d within ten working days. However, 予定 to a systems error on that date it was not automatically collected and we apologise for this error.' You have 受託するd the 陳謝 and as you had never ーするつもりであるd to sidestep a 本物の 法案, you have paid the £198.
