How do I get my 株 証明書s?

I receive （株主への）配当s from HBOS and British Telecom but do not seem to have the 株 証明書s. I know I have 株 in Imagination 科学（工学）技術s although do not receive any （株主への）配当s. How can I get 証明書s for my 株 so I can sell them as it seems I have lost them? J.G., Hertford
