My eBay iPad 買い手 is a どろぼう

I sold a brand-new Apple iPad on eBay for £599. Two days after it was collected from me, the 支払い（額） 経由で PayPal was 逆転するd on the grounds that it was not authorised.

I have made 非常に／多数の calls and written long letters explaining what happened, but PayPal 辞退する to budge.

Unfortunately for you, he was an 身元 どろぼう who was not who he （人命などを）奪う，主張するd to be, so his 署名 was worthless.

Your 偽の 買い手 had 得るd the 調印する-on 詳細（に述べる）s of an eBay 使用者, probably by phishing, and used this stolen 身元 to steal the iPad from you.

It was only later when the eBay account 支えるもの／所有者 realised what had happened that the 支払い（額） was 逆転するd. Unfortunately, you had already 手渡すd over the iPad.

When you first asked for my help you told me: 'I did everything I was supposed to and I have been penalised for 詐欺 that was beyond my 支配（する）／統制する.'

Not やめる. 許すing a 買い手 to collect goods or 配達するing them yourself in a way that cannot be 跡をつけるd online is in 違反 of PayPal's 買い手-保護 code, which would have 保護するd you from 詐欺.

A PayPal spokeswoman said: 'The 適格（性） 基準 for 販売人 保護 are 輪郭（を描く）d in the PayPal 使用者 協定 and Ms F would also have been 通知するd when 支払い（額） was received that it could still be 支配する to 逆転s.

'As long as 販売人s follow the 指導基準s and 確実にする they are 適格の, they are 保護するd against 買い手 （人命などを）奪う，主張するs, chargebacks and 逆転s, with no cap on 年次の payouts.'

? 確実にする that the item is 適格の for 販売人 保護, as 陳列する，発揮するd in your '処理／取引 詳細（に述べる）s' which can be 設立する in your PayPal email 領収書 or by logging in to your PayPal accoun t and clicking on '詳細（に述べる）' next to the 関連した 処理／取引.

? 保持する proof of 配達／演説／出産 that can be 跡をつけるd online, such as 王室の Mail 記録，記録的な／記録するd 配達／演説／出産. If you 手渡す-配達する an item or 供給する 配達／演説／出産 in a way that we cannot 跡をつける online, your 処理／取引 will not qualify. This 含むs items 地位，任命するd with first-class postage.

? 地位，任命する to the 演説（する）／住所 供給するd in the '詳細（に述べる）s' link in your account history.

? For items with a value of £150 or more, you need to 供給する proof of 署名 from the 受取人 if the 買い手 （人命などを）奪う，主張するs that the item did not arrive.
