Will I make more money by banning pets from my buy-to-let 所有物/資産/財産s, or 許すing them??

I have two little cottages which I rent out and am frequently asked by 見込みのある tenants if they may have a dog at the 所有物/資産/財産.

I understand why 許すing pets 危険s 損失 to the 所有物/資産/財産 but I wonder if I could get the best of both worlds by 非難する a 賞与金 to pet owners, while building in 条項s that mean I won't be left with big 修理 法案s?

If you 許す a tenant to keep a pet at your 所有物/資産/財産 make sure you 明示する which pets you have given 許可 for and how many. And that if a tenant wants any その上の pets then written 許可 should be sought first.

Gather as much (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) as possible about the tenant and pet’s h abits as a pet left alone for long periods is more likely to do 損失, not just to the 内部の of the house but the garden too.

Always 主張する that the tenant has the 所有物/資産/財産 professionally cleaned, 特に carpets, when they move out.

As long as you are aware of the 危険s and take steps to minimise them then pets should not be problem. Dogs 信用 has a website for pet owners, landlords and letting 機関s.
