ASK TONY: How a trip to the vet for my little dog's 貧しく 脚 left me sick with worry about the £2,200 法案

When my little dog, a Cavachon, had an 操作／手術 on her 脚, 保険会社 Animal Friends 辞退するd to 支払う／賃金 for it as it （人命などを）奪う，主張するd she had not been in an 事故. This cost me more than £1,000, even though the vet 確認するd that it was 原因（となる）d by 偶発の 損失, not genetics.

When I （機の）カム to 新たにする my 保険, I spoke to Animal Friends to 確認する what cover I would need to 避ける this ever happening again, and I paid for an 昇格d 政策.

A couple of months later, my dog had a problem patella [kneecap] which 要求するd an 操作／手術. This has been done, but I have now been told by Animal Friends that it will not 支払う／賃金 for this because it is a 二国間の／相互の 条件.?

In other words, if one part of the 団体／死体 is 影響する／感情d and another, 類似の part has the same problem, the 保険 will not cover it.

I 定期的に advise that it is best to be open and honest with 保険 companies. Then, if you do need to make a （人命などを）奪う，主張する, it can't say you have hidden anything from it.

'Unfortunately, we do not comment on individual claimants' 事例／患者s and we have fully 明言する／公表するd our 推論する／理由s for the refund in the letter we 問題／発行するd to Mrs S.

'If she has any その上の queries or 問題／発行するs which she needs help with, we would be ha ppy to help.'

How wonderfully pompous! Of course, if the 保険会社 had dealt with your queries 適切に in the first place, you would not have had to come to me.

Just in 事例／患者 Animal Friends thought its approach would result in いっそう少なく publicity, I have made this my lead letter.
