P.T. 令状s: A friend was 接触するd by Sergo 資本／首都, which said it specialised in US 製薬の 株. My friend 投資するd £50,000, and すぐに saw large 伸び（る）s shown on the Sergo website.?

He 知らせるd me and I 投資するd £15,000 which also showed large 伸び（る）s on the website, which carried the 財政上の 行為／行う 当局 logo.?

Subsequently, Sergo 接触するd us with 詳細（に述べる）s of a ‘sure 勝利者’, and my friend 投資するd £20,000 while I 投資するd £10,000.?

Finally, Sergo told us our accounts stood at £208,000 and £61,000 それぞれ, but Sergo was 存在 taken over by another 会社／堅い so we would have to 身を引く our 基金s after 支払う／賃金ing 料金s of £28,000 and £8,300, which we did.?

I am sure you will guess what happened next. Nothing has been paid to us and the regulator says it cannot help.

Tony replies:?What you are going through is 存在 experienced by thousands of 犠牲者s of this and other scams ? a feeling of powerlessness.?

The FCA put a 警告 notice on its website on May 2, 説 that Sergo was not an authorised 投資 会社／堅い, but this was no help to you as you had already 投資するd. In fact, you had already 報告（する）／憶測d Sergo to the FCA.

You also 接触するd your 地元の police, who 辞退するd to 調査／捜査する but said you should 接触する the Serious 詐欺 Office and 活動／戦闘 詐欺, which is run by the City of London Police.?

Both said they would get 支援する to you within 28 days, which was a bit upsetting as throughout all this, Sergo was still active.

によれば its website at sergocapital .com, you were 取引，協定ing with a 限られた／立憲的な company with the 登録 number 10442970.?

Company 記録，記録的な／記録するs show that its proper 指名する is Sergo 解答s 限られた／立憲的な, with an 演説（する）／住所 in Bolton which turned out to be a rundown old mill building that houses a 商売／仕事 centre where anyone can have their mail 配達するd.

You have told me that one of the 推論する／理由s you had 信用／信任 in Sergo was that it had recently 任命するd a new director, James Downham, who was an associate of the 借り切る／憲章d 学校／設ける of 管理／経営 Accountants.

However, CIMA itself told me: ‘He is not a member of CIMA and we do not have a match on this 指名する and date of birth (as shown by Companies House).’

Sergo’s website is 登録（する）d to an 演説（する）／住所 in 不死鳥／絶品, Arizona. It was 始める，決める up last July, with 料金s paid for just one year, 示すing that the fraudsters never ーするつもりであるd to stick around for long.?

The website carries 偽の testimonials from 平等に 偽の 顧客s: one of those pictured appears どこかよそで on the internet, selling にわか雨 curtains and rugs.

Sergo raised its profile by 問題／発行するing a 圧力（をかける） 解放（する） 引用するing its own ‘Jonathan Nehring’ on the 明言する／公表する of the 株式市場. But I have traced the contents, almost word for word, to a 本物の article that appeared in the 財政上の Times.

You and your friend sent your money to more than one bank account used by Sergo, but の中で them was one that stood out.?

You transferred tens of thousands of 続けざまに猛撃するs to sort code 087199, for the credit of account 98056458. This sort code belongs to a banking services provider called Cashplus, which is fully authorised by the FCA.

Last week, I 指名するd Cashplus as the company 供給するing an account used in a different scam called Infinity 資本／首都 Markets, a clone of a 本物の 会社／堅い of the same 指名する.

And two weeks ago, I 指名するd Cashplus in 関係 with a scam called 全世界の Spread 交流. Cashplus has 保証するd me that it follows the same know your 顧客 手続きs as the big banks, but it is pretty （疑いを）晴らす that fraudsters have their own 推論する／理由s for using its services.

Repeated 試みる／企てるs to 接触する Sergo over the past few days failed. Its phone number 0203 950 6473 is 永久的に engaged. But its website is still working, にもかかわらず your tip-offs to the FCA and the police.?

As I 警告するd last Sunday, 詐欺 犠牲者s are ますます abandoned by the only people with the 合法的な 力／強力にするs to 取り組む what is now Britain’s biggest 罪，犯罪.

We paid BA for more 脚 room that didn’t 存在する...why won’t it refund us?

Mrs F.B. 令状s: We are 正規の／正選手 long-運ぶ／漁獲高 travellers, and along with friends we 調書をとる／予約するd a British 航空路s holiday to South Africa. On 搭乗 the 計画（する）, we 設立する the seating 判型 had changed and the four seats with more 脚 room ? for which we paid extra ? no longer had that extra room.?

A 経営者／支配人 apologised and told us all to （人命などを）奪う，主張する a refund. We did, and our friends received their refund but BA told us that we were not 適格の even though the circumstances were 同一の.

Tony replies: When you submitted your （人命などを）奪う，主張する, BA replied that you should not rely on the seating 計画（する）s shown on its website, as the type of 航空機 could change.

And it 追加するs that its 条件 and 条件s mean ‘we can’t 約束 you’ll be able to sit in a particular seat on our 航空機’.

This is 理解できる. What is not 理解できる is that BA should 簡単に pocket any extra money you paid, if it could not come up with the goods.

I 招待するd BA to comment, but it now seems to have a 政策 of not talking to the 圧力（をかける） about 顧客 （民事の）告訴s. Not for the first time recently, I was told the 航空機による would only reply to you, and not to me ? though, of course, it had already sent you its reply, 説 in 影響, ‘堅い luck, we are keeping your cash’.?

Since then, it has told you that as far as BA is 関心d, you were 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d the 訂正する fare, though this does not explain why you were told you would get a refund, nor does it explain why your friends were repaid when you received nothing.?
