Ryanair leaves 乗客s '立ち往生させるd' on wrong island

Unhappy: 乗客s on board the Ryanair flight were left to organise their own transportation

British holidaymakers were left 立ち往生させるd on the wrong Canary Island after a 予算 航空機による had to コースを変える in a 雷雨 and then 恐らく abandoned them.

The tourists were 存在 flown to Lanzarote by Ryanair but ended up 上陸 on 隣人ing Fuerteventura 予定 to bad 天候.

But after 存在 let off the 計画（する）, the 乗客s （人命などを）奪う，主張する they had to make their own 手はず／準備 to get to the 訂正する 目的地.

One family were left £400 out of pocket after forking out for 夜通し hotel accommodation and a 30 minute フェリー（で運ぶ） crossing to Lanzarote the next day.

Kay Wright, 40, was with her sons Jack, six, George, five, three-year-old daughter Kacey and stepdaughter Tabatha, 23.

Tony, a 48-year-old 安全 顧問, said: 'I got a phone call at about 6pm to say they had landed but were on the wrong island.

'After disembarking they had gone into the 終点 but there were no Ryanair 代表者／国会議員s to tell them what to do next.

'It was left to me and a very helpful Spanish lady to sort out a taxi, arrange 代案／選択肢 accommodation for the night and 調書をとる／予約する フェリー（で運ぶ） crossings to Lanzarote in the morning.

'I don't 非難する Ryanair for the bad 天候 but to abandon a family, on the wrong island, is 許すことの出来ない. It has cost us another £400. I know Ryanair is a 予算 航空機による but surely they have some 義務 of care to their 乗客s.'

The family had flown from Bournemouth Airport to Lanzarote on Wednesday and were left 立ち往生させるd along with dozens of other 乗客s.

The 疲れた／うんざりした family finally arrived at Playa Blanca yesterday に引き続いて an eight mile フェリー（で運ぶ） trip in choppy seas to Lanzarote.

'When I rang I was told to 令状 and I would receive a reply within 14 days. The flights were cheap, they cost about £250, but there's no way we would use Ryanair again.'

'Ryanair arranged that the フェリー（で運ぶ） company would carry 影響する／感情d Ryanair 乗客s to Lanzarote 解放する／自由な of 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 when フェリー（で運ぶ）s recommenced the に引き続いて morning.

'Ryanair apologises to 乗客s for any inconvenience 原因（となる）d by this 天候 関係のある 転換 but can never put 乗客 convenience before 乗客 safety.'

The 指導基準s 明言する／公表する that if flight disruption is outside the 支配（する）／統制する of the 航空機による, no 通貨の 補償（金） is 予定.

David Skillicorn, managing director of Bournemouth-based 小旅行する 操作者 Palmair, said: 'There should be 手はず／準備 in place to 対処する with this 状況／情勢.

'We would arrange for staff to go to Fuerteventura airport to give advice, arrange フェリー（で運ぶ） crossings or sort out 代案／選択肢 accommodation.
