Over the past week, a flood of City lawyers have sought to distance themselves from （弁護士の）依頼人s linked to the Putin 政権. But at a 法廷，裁判所 審理，公聴会 last week, Freshfields defended advising VTB as a '事柄 of professional 義務'.?

In a 声明 to the 裁判官, Freshfields' barrister David Railton QC?said the 政府 問題／発行するd a year-long 'general licence' for VTB on the eve of the 審理，公聴会.?

But 法廷，裁判所 文書s seen by the MoS show that a 上級の Freshfields litigation partner 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d a 率 of?£1,050 an hour last year while 代表するing the Bank of Georgia.?
