The Rothschild 王朝 has 配達するd a blow to the Paris 株式市場 by deciding to take its 投資 bank 私的な.

Rothschild & Co, which helped 基金 the Duke of Wellington’s victory in 1815 at the 戦う／戦い of Waterloo, has been 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d in the French 資本／首都 since 1838 and is one of the most recognised 指名するs in 全世界の 財政／金融.

But the family will now take 十分な 支配（する）／統制する through its 持つ／拘留するing company Concordia in a 取引，協定 that values the bank at £3.4billion.

The move comes ten years after a reorganisation brought the French and British 商売／仕事s under one roof as Rothschild & Co.

Concordia already owns 38.9 per cent of the 株 and 47.5?per cent of the 投票（する）ing 権利s.

The bank is made up of three 分割s ? 全世界の （a）忠告の／（n）警報, wealth and 資産 管理／経営, and merchant banking, which 含むs the UK’s NM Rothschild & Sons.?

The 会社／堅い is run by Alexandre de Rothschild, the son of Baron David de Rothschild who stepped aside four years ago. Alexandre is the seventh 世代 of the family to lead the bank.
