Vodafone 戦う／戦いs with 反逆者／反逆する 投資家

Vodafone will this week become the 最新の telecoms 巨大（な） to 直面する a 株主 反乱 at its 年次の 会合, with 行動主義者s calling for a 再編成 of the group.

But the board is 推定する／予想するd to see off the 反乱 by 行動主義者 投資家 Efficient 資本／首都 Structures.

ECS is calling for Vodafone to sell its 45% 火刑／賭ける in US 動きやすい phones 商売／仕事 Verizon and 配達する value to 株主s.

The 投資家, which owns a fraction of one per cent of Vodafone 株, argues Verizon is not an integral part of the group. It says Vodafone, 長，率いるd by Arun Sarin, should 配置する／処分する／したい気持ちにさせる of it or 再編する the group so that 株主s 持つ／拘留する a separate 株 in Verizon.
