Britannia wants Co-op 利益（をあげる） 取引，協定

Britannia Building Society is trying to sweeten its planned 合併 with The 協同組合 by 主張するing on preferential 条件 for its members in the new '最高の-相互の'.

The two last week 確認するd that they planned to 合併する, as long as Britannia members 投票（する） in favour.

財政上の Mail understands that the 投票（する）ing packs, 予定 out in March, will 含む／封じ込める 詳細（に述べる）s of an 高めるd 利益（をあげる） 株, 推定する／予想するd to last at least three years, to 確実にする Britannia members are not short-changed. Britannia's 利益（をあげる） 株 is more generous than the Co-op's.

Last year Britannia's member reward 計画／陰謀 divided £47m between 1.5m members. Co-op 財政上の Service's 500,000 members 株d £6.5m as part of an 全体にわたる （株主への）配当 of £38m from the Co-op.

To 基金 this, CFS will 減ずる the 利益（をあげる）s it can 株 with the wider group. This could, in turn, 減ずる the （株主への）配当 paid to the Co-op's other members.
