Oil 供給（する） must 増加する to 停止（させる） price rises, says 国際エネルギー機関

Oil prices are too high and 危険 害（を与える）ing the 全世界の economy, the International Energy 機関 has 警告するd as it 押し進めるd oil 生産者s to up 生産／産物.

The 国際エネルギー機関 警告 同時に起こる／一致するs with oil prices rising to their highest level in more than two years this week, as 投資家s bet a strong 回復 in the US will 上げる 需要・要求する for 天然のまま.

The 団体／死体, which 代表するs oil 消費するing, mostly Western, economies, 示唆するd that it may be time for oil producing nations ? 具体的に表現するd by the Organisation of 石油 輸出（する）ing Countries (石油輸出国機構) ? to 増加する 供給（する） to keep prices in check.

石油輸出国機構 nations 利益 from higher oil prices and can 減ずる 生産／産物 to keep 需要・要求する strong. However, the 国際エネルギー機関 警告するd that the cost of 輸入するing oil was now so high for 消費するing nations that it 危険d 損失ing growth in those economies, which would 減ずる 需要・要求する 全体にわたる.

Fatih Birol, the 国際エネルギー機関 長，指導者 経済学者, told the 財政上の Times newspaper that 'oil prices are entering a dangerous zone for the 全世界の economy. The oil 輸入する 法案s are becoming a 脅し to the 経済的な 回復. This is a wake-up call to the oil 消費するing countries and to the oil 生産者s'.

He 追加するd: 'It is not in the 利益／興味 of anyone to see such high prices. Oil 輸出業者s need （弁護士の）依頼人s with healthy economies but these high prices will sooner or later make the economies sick, which would mean the need for 輸入するing oil will be いっそう少なく.

'It may not be a bad idea that the 生産者s are ready to 増加する 生産／産物 and show their understanding that these high prices are not good for the 全世界の economy.'

This week, the oil price jumped by as much as $1.32, or 1.4%, to $96.07 a バーレル／樽 in London - a level which has not been seen since October 2008.

分析家s reckon that oil will rise above $100 a バーレル／樽 this year, 押し進めるing up the cost of 石油 and 世帯 energy 法案s in a blow to millions of families.

It is thought a strong 経済的な 回復 in America, the world's biggest 消費者 of oil, will 運動 up 需要・要求する for 天然のまま and therefore prices.
