Outsourcing 巨大（な） Capita is 直面するing a £100m payout for 崩壊（する）d 基金 it operated

City regulators are considering whether to 非難する outsourcing group Capita with an order to 支払う／賃金 more than £100million to 投資家s in a 崩壊（する）d 基金 it operated.

The Connaught Income 基金 Series 1, operated by Capita until 2009, was 一時停止するd in 2012. The 基金 had 投資するd some £106million with 橋（渡しをする）ing 貸付金s company Tiuta, where an (n)役員／(a)執行力のある later discovered a 黒人／ボイコット 穴を開ける in the accounts 予定 to a string of 欠陥のある 貸付金s.

Capita later 辞職するd its 役割 and passed operatorship to a small 会社／堅い called Blue Gate 資本／首都, which could not stand behind 投資家s’ losses.

The FTSE?100-名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d outsourcer also took at 額面価格 a 誤った 主張 in the 投資 memorandum that the 基金 was audited by Ernst & Y oung, 投資家s （人命などを）奪う，主張する.

The Connaught 活動／戦闘 Group, 捜し出すing 是正する for 投資家s, has asked the 財政上の 行為／行う 当局 to 問題／発行する a ‘restitution order’ 軍隊ing the company to make good 投資家s’ losses.

An 投資 産業 source said: ‘This is the first real 実験（する） of whether the FCA is really up for it.’ An FCA 広報担当者 said: ‘Although the Connaught 基金s are outside of our regulatory 範囲, we have nonetheless continually 監視するd their 状況／情勢’.

‘Since 問題／発行するs with the Connaught 基金s （機の）カム to our attention, it has been high on our 協議事項 and we have 割り当てるd 重要な 資源s to it.’

示す Bishop, of the Connaught 活動／戦闘 Group, said: ‘There are only two types of losses: the ones that took place before Capita 辞職するd, which are their fault, and the ones that took place after, which are also their fault.’
