投資家s have been 勧めるd to 拒絶する Barclays’ 支払う／賃金報告（する）／憶測 at its 年次の対決 with 株主s later this month.

It also raised 関心s about the introduction of new ‘役割 based’ 直す／買収する，八百長をするd 支払い（額）s to 上級の staff to dodge the new EU 特別手当 cap, which was introduced in January.

Jenkins, who has （人命などを）奪う，主張するd he 引き上げ（る）d 特別手当s to 避ける a ‘death spiral’ of 最高の，を越す投資銀行業者s 存在 poached by 競争相手s, is one of the main 受益者s. He has been lined up for a ￡900,000 株 allowance this year on 最高の，を越す of his basic salary of ￡1.1m.

Other banks, 含むing HSBC and 基準借り切る／憲章d, have introduced 類似の支払い（額）s to swerve the 制限s from Brussels.

But in its circular to 投資家s, Pirc said: ‘This has the 影響 of 増加するing the 直す／買収する，八百長をするd 部分 and therefore mitigating the 削減 in 特別手当s 想像するd by the EU.’

The cap 限界s banks to 支払う／賃金ing no more than one year’s salary as a 特別手当, rising to twice salary if 株主s 認可する.

It repeated calls on 投資家s not to re-elect Sir John Sunderland as 議長，司会を務める of the remuneration 委員会.
