HEAVILY loss-making MG Rover has sold off its historic Longbridge carmaking 工場／植物 for £42.5m.

The carmaker, 苦しむing from 落ちるing sales and at the centre of a fat-cat 列／漕ぐ／騒動 over 支払い（額）s of £21m to its 管理／経営 team, said today that it has entered into a sale and leaseback 協定 with 産業の land owner St Modwen 所有物／資産／財産s. MG Rover will enter into a 35-year 賃貸し（する） for the most of its 248-acre 工場／植物 近づく Birmingham.
