麻薬s 会社／堅い takes SFO to 法廷，裁判所

THE Serious 詐欺 Office is 直面するing a 合法的な challenge to its 調査（する） into an 申し立てられた／疑わしい £400m 麻薬s company price-直す／買収する，八百長をするing scam from one of the companies it is 調査／捜査するing.

The SFO passed on thousands of 文書s 掴むd from Kent 製薬のs to the Department of Health during （警察の）手入れ，急襲s las t year, as part of an 調査 into whether several 会社／堅いs cheated the 国家の Health Service by overcharging for their 製品s.

The SFO 申し立てられた／疑わしい in the High 法廷，裁判所 that the （警察の）手入れ，急襲s were 誘発するd because 'between 1996 and 2000 a number of persons within the 製薬の 産業 行為／法令／行動するd dishonestly to 増加する the price of 確かな generic 麻薬s, and, in particular, warfarin and penicillin based 抗生物質s'.

It also said that generic 麻薬 prices 増加するd by 700% between June 1998 and December 1999.
