Sellar moves on London 橋(渡しをする) area

VETERAN 所有物/資産/財産 developer Irvine Sellar has stepped up his (選挙などの)運動をする to change London's skyline with the 購入(する) of a Sixties office 封鎖する (ーのために)とっておくd for redevelopment abutting his 提案するd 'shard of glass' 超高層ビル at London 橋(渡しをする).

Sellar 所有物/資産/財産 Group has teamed up with CLS Holdings to buy New London 橋(渡しをする) House, a 20-storey 封鎖する just inside the London 橋(渡しをする) 駅/配置する concourse, for £39.5m.

The building is next to Southwark Tower, another Sellar- CLS owned building, which could by 2007 be turned into a needle-形態/調整d glass high-rise, dubbed 'the shard of glass' if a planning 調査 許すs the 議論の的になる 事業/計画(する) later this year.

Sellar and CLS hinted at their redevelopment 計画(する)s for New London 橋(渡しをする) House on Friday.

The building, they said in a 共同の 声明, 'could 供給する a greater capacity for regeneration of the London 橋(渡しをする) area beyond that 現在/一般に 想像するd by Renzo Piano's 'shard of glass' 提案するd redevelopment of Southwark Tower'.
