Ex-student 告訴するs over shark design

A FORMER student who designed a cigarette はしけ in the 形態／調整 of a shark is 告訴するing Ronson International after the company 登録（する）d his unusual design and started to sell it in a 範囲 of five colours.

David Aldrich, 25, （人命などを）奪う，主張するs that Ronson 登録（する）d the Shark Des ign without his knowledge and now 推定する／予想するs to sell 25m of the はしけs over the next five years. He is （人命などを）奪う，主張するing 公表されていない 損害賠償金, によれば a High 法廷，裁判所 令状.

Aldrich was at Kingston University, Surrey, in 1999 when he entered a 競争 to design a はしけ for the 18-30 market sponsored by Ronson. The に引き続いて year, すぐに after Aldrich dropped out of university 予定 to ill-health, he learned that Ronson was considering the はしけ's '商業の viability'.
